John M. Tymczyszyn is a third generation Washingtonian, Navy Veteran and criminal defense attorney. After graduating from Bellevue High School he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and reported to Naval Officer Candidates School in September 2001. John served as a Naval Officer from 2001-2009, rising to the rank of Lieutenant.  He attended the Seattle University School of Law and served in the criminal prosecution division of the City of Everett and then as an associate attorney at a high profile private criminal defense law firm in Washington State.  He is an accredited Attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and his law firm, John T Law, PLLC, is certified by the Washington State DAV as a Veteran Owned Business. He has been awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, honorable discharge and worked in the US House of Representatives on Veterans issues. John practices Criminal Defense, with an emphasis on Misdemeanors, DUI/DWI, traffic crimes, Drug crimes, property crimes, juvenile crimes, domestic violence and traffic charges.
