Emily Cox is a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Prior to her career in law, she served in the Washington Army National Guard as an enlisted Intelligence Analyst with the 66th Theater Aviation Command, and as an Intelligence Officer with 1-168th General Support Aviation Battalion. Emily was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, but moved to Seattle for college. She received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Washington, and a J.D. from Seattle University.
