Mr. Derrig is a civil trial attorney and Air Force veteran who served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He served as a survival, evasion, resistance, and escape specialist and was an airborne parachutist. He had the honor of working with those that were at high risk for capture and showed them how to survive any situation so that they could return with honor.

Mr. Derrig's legal practice focuses on insurance defense, negligence, products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, breach of contract, fraud, and consumer protection in both state and federal court. Mr. Derrig has also been appointed lead counsel in class action litigation. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Derrig has also handled numerous appeals in both state and federal court.
