John Tymczyszyn is a Navy veteran, former prosecutor, and criminal defense attorney. John has successfully represented thousands of people charged with a variety of criminal offenses in local, county and state courts. Honored by Avvo as a 10.0 rated attorney, John has received the Avvo “Clients Choice” award for the last three consecutive years and is consistently recommended by fellow attorneys. After graduating from Bellevue High School he graduated with B.S. in Aerospace from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and reported to Naval Officer Candidates School in September 2001. John served as a pilot Naval Officer from 2001-2009, rising to the rank of Lieutenant.  He attended the Seattle University School of Law and served in the criminal prosecution division of the City of Everett and then as an associate attorney at a high profile private criminal defense law firm in Washington State.  In 2014 John founded his own law firm, John T Law, PLLC, is certified by the Washington State DAV as a Veteran Owned Business. John has been awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, honorable discharge and worked in the US House of Representatives on Veterans issues.
