AAG - Consumer Protection Division - The Office's Consumer Protection Division is seeking to hire high-performing attorneys to develop and litigate consumer protection cases related to consumers' access to health care. In addition to health care cases, the attorneys may litigate other consumer protection cases pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), RCW 19.86, and other consumer protection laws.
