Experienced Litigation Attorney with Eminent Domain Focus (Seattle)
The Seattle, Washington, office of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn (“MNG&D”) is seeking a full-time attorney with at least seven years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation. Real estate litigation experience is preferred and practical experience with eminent domain law is a plus. This position requires strong drafting skills including initial pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial-related pleadings. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to work in a team environment, and good matter management for a busy eminent domain practice.
Current membership in the Washington State Bar Association or qualification for reciprocity is necessary.
