The Seattle office of Harris Bricken seeks a corporate attorney with at least five years' experience to join its office. This attorney will work on a variety of transactional matters. Many of these matters will involve foreign direct investment or cannabis businesses.

Ideal candidates will have experience in business transactions, including managing client relationships as a direct point of contact. The ability to self-supervise is key in this position, and experience handling a variety of matters at any given time is necessary.

Candidates should have solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and strong references.
