King County District Court Judge Opening

I have received notification from King County District Court Presiding Judge Donna Tucker that Judge Ketu Shah will be vacating his position with District Court effective May 9, 2019. This creates a second vacancy in the Northeast Electoral District. The Council will be publishing notice of the vacancy on May 8 in the Seattle Times and the following week in local area papers. The deadline for application materials to be received by the Clerk of the Council is June 24, 2019 by 4:30 p.m. Please let me know if you have questions.
