AAG - Torts Division– The Office's Torts Division has an immediate opening in its Olympia area office for an attorney with at least five years of litigation experience. (DL:  12/1/19)

AAG - Government Compliance & Enforcement DivisionThis Division has an opening in its Enforcement Section for an attorney to represent the Liquor and Cannabis Board, and serve a back up to other section clients such as the Public Disclosure Commission and the Executive Ethics Board.    (DL:  12/1/19) 

Deputy Solicitor General - The attorney selected for this position will independently handle select litigation and appeals (including briefing and oral argument) in state and federal courts; assist attorneys throughout the Office with their appeals, including developing strategy, editing briefs, and coaching for oral argument; provide legal advice on a broad array of legal issues of statewide importance; draft state and federal amicus briefs; and prepare and review AG Opinions and ballot measure materials.
